About the position

🧑‍🎨 Your profile

You have a strong background in fronted development with at least 4 years of experience, ideally within a startup or SaaS environment.
You possess expert-level knowledge of TypeScript and React, and you are passionate about the modern web ecosystem (Vite, TanStack). You care deeply about User Experience (UX), performance, and accessibility.
You are comfortable working with backend technologies like Node.js and have a basic understanding of API design and database interactions.

🎯 Your mission

As a Senior Frontend-Focused Full-Stack Engineer at Homaio, you'll play a critical role in building the face of our platform, collaborating closely with the Product Designer and the CTO. You will be responsible for:

Building and testing new frontend (80%) and backend (20%) features.
Architecting a scalable and maintainable frontend codebase using the latest standards.
Owning the implementation of our Design System to ensure UI consistency.
Crafting complex data visualizations to make climate finance understandable.
Ensuring application performance (Core Web Vitals) and managing state effectively.
Proactively identifying and solving issues.
Participating in technical discussions and code reviews.
Staying informed about new technologies (e.g., React 19, new CSS features) and sharing knowledge with the team.
